Description

Hamilton Pilates Studio, is a generous, modern studio space in a central location, a few minutes walk from Hamilton Central bus & train station. We offer Mat Pilates classes, small group or private 1-to-1 sessions, and also Yoga, and Dance classes for Children. Our Pilates classes are kept a maximum of 12 clients, in order that the instructor can monitor each individual to ensure they are achieving the objectives of the exercises. We also use small equipment such as foam rollers, balls and pilates circles.
